Faith and Disability

From the TV Newsmagazine program Religion and Ethics Newsweekly through PBS, comes a feature story titled Faith and Disability. In the feature, Judy Valenta asks "How can the loving, omnipotent God (people of faith) believe in condemn then to a life of pain and suffering?"

That question isn't answered, but we do get to hear the perspectives of various people who discuss the role faith plays in living with a disability. The poem cited in the transcript is titled Creating God and is available on the National Organization on Disability website.
