Abstract This article is the author's personal experience of her relationship with Shamela and some of the lessons she taught the author during their five years together. {“She} taught me how to live, to love, and {TO} {BE.} She taught me about God's love for me, and I believe that God sent her into my life as an angel because I needed her for my spiritual journey.” {“Much} is written today about healing touch. Through this story one can see that there is a touch more powerful and healing than any other touch. Shamela touched so many people through her eyes, her smile, her body language, and her sounds. She touched my heart and soul and changed my life.”
